All orders can take up to 2 business days to ship after completing your order.

 Orders placed after 11:00 am MST Friday are processed the following week. 

For expedited shipping methods, orders will be shipped the next business day if received by 10:00 am MST Monday Through Friday.

All Shipping Times indicated are in business days.

Our shipping options are updated in the cart at the time of order entry. We quote published rates to your door. We may, at times, change your shipping carrier, at no cost to you, if it will speed delivery to your location. 

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. You will need to wait to receive your order and process a return.

Expedited Shipping is processed via DHL

Standard Shipping options route through an international sorting hub and will take longer to process. You can expect that it could take 7-10 days for your tracking information to update, as it will not be provided until after your package is sorted through the hub.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Packages that are refused from the carrier at the time of delivery will be subject to a restocking/handling fee of $19.99. 

Please ensure that you are shipping your order to a secure location. 

KRYPTEK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package was not delivered as indicated in your tracking, please contact the carrier first as the delivery was their responsibility.

We are happy to offer free shipping exclusively on Kryptek-manufactured products. When you select the complimentary shipping option for eligible orders, our team will determine the most efficient carrier—FedEx, USPS, or UPS—to ensure your gear arrives promptly and safely.
