Warranty Policy
The KRYPTEK warranty protects against manufacturing defects during the practical lifetime of the product.
The KRYPTEK warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, or any problems caused by abuse or misuse of the product.
It is at KRYPTEK's discretion to determine if your item is covered by warranty and provide you with options. Those options may include but are not limited to, full item replacement, reimbursement for repair by the customer, or authorization for repair at a facility of our choosing.
How to start a Warranty Claim
To initiate a Warranty Claim please email KRYPTEK Customer Service at: cs@kryptek.com
Please be detailed in your entry and include photos of the failure and purchase details. As your warranty request is processed, you will be notified via email with status updates and instructions.
Warranty Requirements
All warranty items must be returned clean, or the warranty may be refused.
KRYPTEK is not liable for any losses or damages that arise from the inability to use our products due to warranty issues.
Please note that items purchased from unauthorized sellers or dealers may not be covered under the same warranty terms and proof of purchase will be required.
