SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our shipping options are updated in the cart at time of order entry. We quote published rates to your door. At no extra cost, we may upgrade shipping options & change shipping carrier at time of pack if it will speed delivery to your location. On Monday, we are handling all orders from EOD Friday through Monday morning. All shipping times are Business Days.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES PRESENTED BY COVID-19, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON FACIAL COVERINGS.

FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping could take up to 5 business days to ship out. Selected shipping and express shipping will be prioritized first! If you choose the free shipping option, our team may choose to send your package either by FedEx, USPS or UPS. It could take up to 10+ business days to receive your shipment.  

SHIPPING TIMES Non Holiday: All orders placed by 11:30 am MST Monday Through Friday will ship approximately 72 hrs after placing order. For expedited shipping methods these orders will always be shipped the next day if received by 11:30 am MST Monday Through Friday.

SHIPPING TIMES HOLIDAY: Due to COVID-19 and capacity restrictions placed on mail carrier services, we are now unable to guarantee shipping estimates. If you have not received an order update within 7 business days after placing your order, please call our customer service team. 

BACK ORDERS: We are not taking backorders at this time.

RETURNS INFORMATION


RETURNS / EXCHANGES: We Gladly accept returns unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 60 calendar days of purchase for a refund. If the return is outside of the 60 day window the return will be applied as an in-store credit. We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept defective items for a full refund or exchange within the 60 day window. Refunds within the 60 day window will be credited in the form of original payment method. The customer is responsible for any shipping of any returns / exchanges with the sole exception of manufacturer defect or wrong item received. Kryptek will ship back out any exchanges via our normal ground free shipping method unless arranged otherwise.  

ANY RETURNS, will not be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA#). You can start the returns / exchange process here Kryptek Returns. No phone calls to customer service are required but if you have problems or do not receive a confirmation after submitting the returns lab form feel free to call 1-877-577-2266. PLEASE Check your junk or spam for responses from our Kryptek Returns Lab if you have not received a response after 24 hrs. Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same return.

We will not accept returns on customized merchandise except in case of manufacturer defect.

CLEARANCE CAVE: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given as these are discontinued items!

CHANGING PLACED ORDERS: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, refunded or cancelled
