Return Policy

KRYPTEK has a 30-day return for refund policy. 

The Return Authorization process must be started within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a refund back to your original form of payment.

Once an RMA is provided to the customer, they have 7 days to send returned items back to KRYPTEK. Delays could result in Store Credit rather than a refund.

After 30 days, refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.

Exchanges or Store Credit are accepted for up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

After 60 days, KRYPTEK reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

All returns and exchanges for orders made from the KRYPTEK website must start with a Return Authorization Request. You may initiate the process by clicking the “Start A Return” button below. You will receive an authorization and shipping label through this process.

All Returns and Exchanges processed through the returns portal are linked to the shipping label provided. If you have Returns or Exchanges from multiple orders, you must use the label provided for each order, you cannot combine multiple orders in one package. 

KRYPTEK is not responsible for any returns not properly processed due to combined packaging. 

If there is an issue or error with the portal options, please contact our Customer Service team before completing your return in the portal. Our CS team can help you more easily beforehand.

Return Requirements

 No refunds or exchanges will be processed without a Return Authorization. 

All items must be returned, clean unworn, and with tags still attached. 

Your return will be quarantined and rejected if returned dirty. This could result in extra fees or the inability to return the item.

Outlet Items are FINAL SALE. No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted on this product.

International Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on International Orders.

Born Primitive Gear

Born Primitive Apparel is returnable within 30 days of the order date. Clothing must be in brand-new condition with tags attached. 

Returns should be initiated via our returns portal.

Once submitted, please wait for a follow-up email with your return authorization code and return instructions. This can take up to 5 business days.

Marsupial Bino Harness Systems

Please reach out to our Customer Service Team to request a return. Systems must be in brand-new condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For Marsupial Warranty Claims, please contact Marsupial directly.

Cover King Seat Covers

Cover King Seat Covers are returnable within 30 days. An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Returns will need to be returned in brand-new condition with the installation kit. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once submitted, please wait for a follow-up email with your return authorization code and return instructions. This can take up to 5 business days.

Cover King Seat Covers carry a 2 Year Warranty against defects.

Cover King Warranty claims are handled directly by CoverKing. Please contact them at support@coverking.com with your name, the address your order was shipped originally, and photos and details of the defect.
